For after hours check-in just follow the instruction on the security panel at the front door. Same day booking arrivals will not be accepted after 4.30pm Monday to Friday and 11.30am Saturday and Sunday. Low and Shoulder seasons: No cancellation fee is cancelled eight days or more prior to travel. Peak season: No refund if cancelled seven days or less prior to travel or in case of a no show.
